About Hannah
Hannah’s yoga classes are moving meditations based in Vinyasa Yoga and delight. Vinyasa Yoga focuses on linking the breath with movement. Delight focuses on enjoying our time together.
Hannah was first introduced to yoga in 2006 as an “after school sport” her senior year of high school. She fell in love with how strong and flexible she grew both mentally and physically from a regular yoga practice. In the decade that followed, Hannah remained a loyal but flighty student, trying many styles of yoga. In 2019, she discovered Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga and returned to her mat with joy, consistency, and love. Hannah received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certificate in Vinyasa Yoga in 2021 in Boulder, CO. She currently teaches a weekly Form & Flow Zoom class at Sanctuary in Northampton, MA and offers private Zoom classes for any and all curious yogis.
Hannah is actively completing a Yin Yoga Certification Program and looks forward to offering Yin Yoga Classes in the near future.
